After browsing our selection of hand-tied bouquets, bunches and flower plans simply select the product that you would like to purchase and add it to your basket. We only accept orders through our website. The process is very simple, give it a try. CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONAL MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?

When placing an order online, you will be given the opportunity to enter a personal message during checkout. 
Your message will be handwritten on a high quality notecard and placed in an envelope which will be securely attached to your order.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to send a message that we deem to be offensive or inappropriate in any way.

CAN I SEND AN ORDER ANONYMOUSLY?

To send flowers anonymously, simply omit any of your personal details from the card message and the recipient will have no trace of who sent the flowers. In fact, the Data Protection Act means that we are bound by law not to disclose any of your personal information. All the recipient will see is your notecard message – if you choose to include one.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@flowerstoriesbybarbora.com.(info@flowerstoriesbybarbora.com) As long as your order has not already been prepared we will do our best to accommodate the required changes.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?

Simply select ‘Login’ in the top right of the page and then click ‘Sign up’. You will be asked to enter your name, email address and a password for your account.
Once your account has been set up, you will be able to check out faster, access your order history and save delivery addresses.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

At the moment we only deliver in Budapest. We offer free delivery within districts XIII. and V. and to our pickup points. To other destinations in Budapest a delivery fee applies.

DO YOU DELIVER THE SAME DAY?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver flowers the same day you place the order. 
You need to place your order at lest 48 hours before you want your flowers to be delivered or picked up.

Question 10

DO YOU DELIVER 7 DAYS A WEEK?

Accepted Answer

We deliver Monday – Saturday but not Sundays or Bank Holidays. 
Please bear in mind that you need to place your order 48 hours before you want your flowers to be delivered or picked up! Except Monday deliveries, for which the deadline is 4pm on the prior Friday.

WHY DO THE FLOWERS SOMETIMES LOOK DIFFERENT TO THE IMAGES ONLINE?

We source the freshest, highest quality flowers and foliage that each season has to offer. In the event that we are unable to source a particular ingredient due to seasonal availability, we will make appropriate substitutions of equal or higher value.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT?

We are extremely sorry if this is the case. We take the upmost care to package our flowers for transit so that they will be safe from damage.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND?

If you are not completely satisfied with the delivered product, please contact us at info@flowerstoriesbybarbora.com.(info@flowerstoriesbybarbora.com) If the fault lies with us, we will of course offer to send out a replacement or provide a full refund. Please note that we must receive a photo of the product so that we can investigate the issue fully.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY FLOWERS?

The flowers are sourced and arranged to order, meaning they are super fresh and the season’s best selection.
It’s important to place your flowers in water as soon as possible. To further maximise the vase life, we recommend following the steps in the Flower care section.
